WHAT IS BEREAN BIBLE INSTITUTE?

Berean Bible Institute was started in August 2007 by former pastor Shane Skelton. The goal of this institute was to help the layman grow closer to Christ through daily scripture reading,weekly classes, and an easy to follow curriculum.

BBI is a through the Bible course for every Christian. Students study chronologically through the entire Bible and systematically through every major doctrine. Classes meet only 1 evening each week. The 3 year course is divided into 6 semesters of 17 to 19 weeks. BBI combines solid verse by verse Bible teaching with an interactive video format utilizing student workbooks,charts,maps and visuals to produce a life changing learning experience.

Course Level
Courses are taught on a college freshman and sophomore level. Anyone in 12th grade or older may enroll. (special permission may be sought for exceptional 10th and 11th grade students.

Basic Schedule (Monday)
6:00-6:30pm Dinner
6:30-7:35pm Old Testament class and 8 minute break
7:35-8:30pm New Testament class and 8 minute break
8:30-9:15pm Theology or Bible class

Diplomas Offered
Bible College Diploma-for those completing the basic curriculum.
Advanced Diploma in Biblical Studies-for those completing the basic curriculum and elective courses.

Semester Calender / Outlines
May 27th,2008 Electives Course Discipleship Evangelism- A practical course on how to reach the world with the Gospel. Learn how to soul win and disciple them for one year. This course is open to non-BBI students.

Semester Four ( Fall 2008 )- The separate Kingdoms of Israel and Judah, N.T. Epistles 2, Theology Doctrine of Salvation
Semester Five ( Spring 2009 )- The decline and fall of Israel and Judah, N.T. Epistles 3,Theology Doctrine of the Holy Spirit
Semester Six ( Fall 2009 )- The exile and restoration of Israel, N.T. Epistles 4, Theology- Doctrine of Christ and Sin
Semester One ( Spring 2010 )- The beginning and the Hebrew Fathers, N.T. The Life of Christ, Theology Doctrine of God the Trinity and the Bible.
